Classic Car Pop Art Prints
I have now added a new option for picture commissions. As an alternative to a regular image of a car on its own or in a scene, how about funking-up your image in the Pop Art style. The Pop Art movement originated in the 1950s but is still a popular art form today. It’s quite fitting as for many of the subjects I work on are from this same period.
A single linocut illustration of the car is reproduced a number of times in the same picture. The nature of the linocut based images are perfect for this style. Each colour or element in the illustration is produced separately and the colours are changed easily. The process is very flexible and virtually any colour combination or colour palette is possible.
The prints are available in A4 or A3 size and are produced as fine art Gicleé prints on a lightly textured, heavyweight paper. The prints have a very rich depth to the colour.
