MG Metro 6R4 Rally Car
A4 Giclée Print

SKU: MGB-Roadster Category: Tag:

Product Description

The MGB Roadster was built from 1962 to 1980 and was Britain’s best selling sports car. At its launch, the MGB Roadster was priced at £834. Its nearest rival was the Sunbeam Alpine was just £6 more than the MGB. Other than that there was nothing else in its price/performance range. Unlike previous MG models, the MGB had exterior door handles and the car could actually be locked – which was quite something in 1962!

The MGB has a 1800cc B-Series engine. It produces 95hp and early cars were road-tested at 108mph and with a 0-60mph in 12.2sec.

The image is available as a giclée print (see additional information). Each print is signed by the artist Steve Goodwin.

Giclée Prints

Giclée is a form of very high quality printing used for fine art prints and photography. A similar process to inkjet printing, but using more colours, to a much higher standard and with greater longevity. The prints are produced on 310gsm Hahnemhle German Etching paper, a natural white uncoated paper with a light texture. It is acid-free, mould-made for fine art prints.
